Our adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a comprehensive treatment for individuals suffering from mental illness or substance use disorders. We offer a primary mental health track or a dual diagnosis track for individuals with underlying mental health and an additional substance abuse component.

IOP provides programming geared towards assisting individuals in identifying their individual triggers and developing a personalized plan for self-regulation. The program allows individuals to transition back into everyday life, work, and family commitments while receiving the additional mental health support they need.

Adults may choose to attend in person or virtually. Each group is 3 hours and is offered 5 days per week.

Individuals may schedule a time to come in person or virtually for their free assessment for IOP by contacting our outpatient department at 317-406-8626 or by calling 844-991-9900 and asking for the outpatient department.
